JB-S02 常溫快速封閉劑

u  產(chǎn)品特性

1.槽液抗雜質(zhì)離子性能優(yōu)良。
2.對(duì)酸堿緩沖能力強(qiáng)，不需經(jīng)常調(diào)pH值，氟、鎳消耗基本平衡；
3.對(duì)封閉“粉霜”，具有較強(qiáng)的抑制作用；適應(yīng)厚膜鋁型材（20～30μm）常溫封閉；封閉速度可達(dá)1.2～1.8μm /min。
4.銀白色鋁型材，經(jīng)封閉后仍保持銀白色。

u  維護(hù)和管理

    1、正常情況下槽液工藝參數(shù)：Ni²⁺=0.8~1.2g/l 、F^-=0.4~0.8g/l、PH =5.5~6.5。

    2、根據(jù)化驗(yàn)槽液的結(jié)果來(lái)確定添加量。一般情況下每生產(chǎn)一噸料約消耗JB-S02：1.0~1.5kg（以10um計(jì)）。

   3、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中控制pH值在5.5～6.5，過(guò)高用稀醋酸（或稀氫氟酸）調(diào)節(jié)其pH值、過(guò)低用稀氫氧化鈉（或稀氨水）溶液調(diào)節(jié)其pH值。

u  包裝、貯存及保質(zhì)期

25kg紙箱裝；避光、避酸堿、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

u  Product Features

1.Excellent resistance to impurity ions.

2. Strong buffer capability and able to adapt to wide range of technical parameters, no need frequent adjustment of PH value. Balance to consumption of fluoride and nickel.

3.Contains strong inhibitor to prevent formation of ash, adapt to thick film (20~30μm) at room temperature sealing ; the sealing speeds can be up to 1.2 ~ 1.8μm /min.

4.Maintain silver aluminum color after sealing.

u  Maintenance and coolling

    1.Under normal condition, the tank liquid parameter should be Ni²⁺=0.8~1.2g/l 、F^-=0.4~0.8g/l、PH =5.5~6.5.

    2.The amount of solution to be added is depending on the testing result, under normal condition, each ton of aluminium profile consuming JB-S02: 1.0~1.5kg (for 10um)

3.Cool PH value between 5.5 and 6.5 during production. Add acetic acid if PH is too high and add ammonia water if it is too low.

 

u  Packing and Storage

25kg carton pack；Protect form heating, avoid acid and alkali, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and  prevent   leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature.
