u  維護(hù)和管理

1.每天檢測(cè)槽液中JB-C05和游離硫酸濃度并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果及時(shí)補(bǔ)加調(diào)整;處理100m2約消耗JB-C05：0.8～1.2Kg。

2.著色過程中只能加深不能退色，因此操作工必須為勝任的專職人員，小心操作;不生產(chǎn)時(shí)須加蓋槽液以防污染。

u  包裝、貯存及保質(zhì)期

25kg塑料桶裝；避光、避堿、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

u  Maintenance and cool

1.Analyse the bath conceation of JB-C05 and free sulfuric acid. Add to adjust accordingly. Consumption of JB-C05 is 0.8 to 1.2kg per 100m2 of aluminum surface treated.

2.For this coloring process, the additive can only be added for deeper color, and not for lighter color, so it must be handled by skilled technician. Cover bath while not in production to prevent contamination.

 

u  Packing and Storage

25kg plastic bucket；Protect form heating, avoid alkali, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and  prevent   leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature
