◆用于平板太陽能鋁邊框的自動組框。

◆規(guī)格尺寸自動調(diào)整，小組框尺寸500x600mm，大組框尺寸1200x3000mm。

◆隨機配帶沖刀模具（根據(jù)型材規(guī)格定制）。

◆所有氣動元件全部采用進口品牌，確保設(shè)備高性能。

◆進口品牌控制系統(tǒng)，控制臺可移動，操作方便。

◆組角的液壓壓力可調(diào)整，通過調(diào)節(jié)壓力溢流閥,可以調(diào)整需要的壓力,從而達到鋁邊框更好    的沖壓效果.通常壓力在0Mpa—15Mpa范圍即可.

◆采用液壓缸、液壓導向系統(tǒng)、刀座、汽缸為整體結(jié)構(gòu)，液壓缸體內(nèi)部為缸及活塞，外部與導向系統(tǒng)緊密配合，達到伸縮自如，運行平穩(wěn)準確，維修方便，設(shè)計緊湊合理，刀、刀座、角塊全部采用數(shù)控設(shè)備加工，確保加工精度，從而達到液壓壓角的高質(zhì)量。 

◆滑動托板采用特殊雙重鎖緊結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，有效防止長時間使用后的間隙存在，確保設(shè)備精度和使用壽命。

◆It adopts hydraulic cylinder 、hydraulic director system、knife-plane、air cylinder,inside of hydraulic cylinder contains cylinder and piston,outside coordinates with director system,so it will make elastically, stably,easy-maintaining.compact and reasonable design, cutter、knife-plane、hornblock are made by cnc machine to make sure the precision and good quality.

◆Sliding support plate adopts special double-locking structure design, it can avoid the interval when wong a long time, to make sure the precision and useful life.
