噴砂用白剛玉砂選用充分冶煉結(jié)晶的白剛玉固定爐料,經(jīng)過(guò)破碎、篩分等工藝生產(chǎn)而來(lái)。噴砂用白剛玉的粒徑范圍經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格控制,使磨粒大小控制在一定范圍內(nèi)。噴砂后產(chǎn)生表面一致的粗糙度。白剛玉韌性好,研磨能力強(qiáng),自銳性好,噴射到噴砂工件表面時(shí),通過(guò)氣流的沖擊力,工件撞擊出凹痕。鈍化后的噴砂表面有利于后續(xù)噴漆的油漆保持把持力。白剛玉噴砂磨粒還具有噴砂效率高,利用率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

白剛玉的特性:
1. 白剛玉顯微硬度20.58Gpa,維氏硬度2200-2400kg/mm2,莫氏硬度9.0?蓢娚坝诖蟛糠纸饘、鑄鋼件、鑄鐵件、有色金屬合金材料、含鉻含錳含鎢鉬金屬、玻璃和其他非金屬材料。
2. 白剛玉研磨能力強(qiáng),噴砂效率高,由于具有很強(qiáng)的自銳性 ,不會(huì)對(duì)噴砂表面造成燒*氧化。
3. 白鋼玉還可以直接用于研磨拋光,表面處理,噴砂除銹等領(lǐng)域,可用于干式和濕式噴砂,表面拋毛拋光,噴涂前表面處理鈍化等領(lǐng)域。
4. 白鋼玉氧化鋁的純度高,主要晶相時(shí)α相的氧化鋁。雜質(zhì)少,磁性物含量低,噴砂后不會(huì)產(chǎn)生化學(xué)殘留,可用于醫(yī)藥、航空、食品領(lǐng)域機(jī)械部件的噴砂。
