鋁合金單錫鹽電解著色添加劑

一、開槽參數(shù) (tank set up parameters)

硫酸亞錫（stannous sulfate）：10～15g/l          

    硫酸 （sulfuric acid）：15~20 g/l      DBR-601：20~25 g/l

二、控制參數(shù) (coolling parameters)

硫酸亞錫（stannous sulfate）：10～15g/l

游離酸（free acid）： 15～18g/l   PH （value）：   0.8～1.2   

溫度（Temperature）： 18～22℃  時(shí)間（Time）： 0.5～10min

三、維護(hù)和管理 (maintenance and cool)

1.每天檢測槽液濃度并按分析結(jié)果及時(shí)調(diào)整，硫酸亞錫和DBR-601按1：2比例添加。每處理100m2約消耗DBR-601：0.4～0.6Kg。槽液的總酸度控制在30～40g/l。

2.添加硫酸亞錫時(shí)須同DBR-601先混合再溶解于槽液中；向槽中補(bǔ)加純水時(shí)，必須在攪拌下緩慢加入，以防止局部硫酸亞錫水解，導(dǎo)致槽液發(fā)渾。

3.槽液對(duì)銅雜質(zhì)較敏感，清理導(dǎo)電銅座時(shí)須特別注意不得污染槽液。
