⊙產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明:

  新型耐火爐襯制品。公司該產(chǎn)品顏色潔白、尺寸規(guī)整,能直接固定于工業(yè)窯爐爐殼鋼板錨固釘上,具有良好的耐火隔熱效果,提高了窯爐耐火隔熱的整體性,推動(dòng)了窯爐砌筑技術(shù)的進(jìn)步分類溫度1050-1400℃。

 

⊙產(chǎn)品特性:

v 由于重量輕,作為隔熱材料時(shí)的吸熱很少;

v 低導(dǎo)熱性能帶來(lái)高的節(jié)能效果;

v 具有抵抗任何熱沖擊的能力;   

v 陶瓷纖維毯在解除捆扎后會(huì)在不同方向上相互擠緊,不產(chǎn)生縫隙;

v 有彈性的纖維毯可以抵抗機(jī)械外力;

v 纖維毯的彈性可彌補(bǔ)爐殼的變形,使得組件之間不產(chǎn)生縫隙;

v 襯體無(wú)需烘干和養(yǎng)護(hù),所以安裝好以后便可立即投入使用;

v 錨固系統(tǒng)遠(yuǎn)離組件的熱面,使得金屬錨固件處在相對(duì)低的溫度下;

v 處在模塊背面的多種形式的錨固件使得模塊的安裝既可采用兵列式排列方式也可采用拼花地板式排列方式。

⊙安裝方法:

    爐板除銹—>將模塊螺栓焊接在爐壁板上—>取出模塊—>將模塊導(dǎo)向桿擰到螺桿的小頭上—>將模塊沿中心孔穿過(guò)導(dǎo)向桿靠到爐板上—>采用專項(xiàng)使用板手將螺母擰緊到螺桿上—>擰下導(dǎo)向桿—>依次進(jìn)行其他模塊的安裝—>抽出模塊中心塑料管—>拆開(kāi)模塊捆扎帶—>壓縮安裝補(bǔ)償毯—>安裝下一排模塊

⊙安裝要求:

v 錨固釘焊接位置應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確,嚴(yán)格控制誤差;

v 先將背襯層安裝完畢,再施工纖維模塊;

v 先安裝爐頂模塊再安裝爐墻;

v 爐墻模塊的安裝應(yīng)從底部開(kāi)始向上安裝;

v 頂與墻及墻與墻的鏈接處應(yīng)壓縮鋪襯補(bǔ)償毯;

v 模塊的排列方式多采用同向“兵列式”,安裝完一排模塊后應(yīng)按要求壓縮鋪襯補(bǔ)償毯;
⊙表面修整:

v 折疊模塊安裝完成后應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查,大于5mm的縫隙應(yīng)填塞補(bǔ)償毯;

纖維毯填塞完畢后,用方木板將折疊模塊表面拍平。
