變壓吸附氮氣設(shè)備簡介：氮氣，占空氣體積的78%，以單質(zhì)的形式存在于空氣之中，取之不盡，用之不盡，是無色、無毒、無味的惰性氣體。目前已被廣泛應(yīng)用于食品保鮮、糧食倉儲、金屬熱處理、石油化學(xué)工業(yè)、宇航技術(shù)、玻璃工業(yè)等諸多領(lǐng)域。
變壓吸附氮氣設(shè)備是近來發(fā)展起來的高效節(jié)能的新型氣體分離技術(shù)。它利用空氣作原料，在有電能的條件下制取氮氣。 國外PSA工業(yè)制氮應(yīng)用是在20世紀(jì)80年代初期，經(jīng)過近30多年研究開發(fā)，變壓吸附裝置在降低能耗、降低投資、工藝流程簡化、提高可靠性方面，都有了很大的進步，得以廣泛應(yīng)用。

變壓吸附氮氣設(shè)備的基本流程與配置：根據(jù)氮氣用量和使用要求，各裝置的流程略有差異，但是基本流程和配置為：空氣壓縮機→儲罐→管道過濾器→冷凍干燥機（或其他再生干燥塔）→（超）精過濾器→高效除油器→緩沖儲罐→吸附塔A/B（兩塔流程）→粉塵過濾器→氮氣緩沖儲罐→氮分析儀→用戶�？諝饨�(jīng)壓縮機壓縮至0.8MPa，經(jīng)空氣儲罐冷卻至常溫，再經(jīng)管道過濾器油液分離進入冷凍式干燥機，流經(jīng)精過濾器、超精過濾器和高效除油器除去油及液態(tài)水到達(dá)緩沖儲罐，再進入碳分子篩吸附塔組成的變壓吸附分離系統(tǒng)，壓縮空氣從容器底部進入后，空氣中氧氣、二氧化碳和水分被吸附劑選擇吸附，其余組份（主要為氮氣）則從出口端流出，經(jīng)粉塵過濾器進入氮氣緩沖罐，經(jīng)氮氣緩沖罐后作為產(chǎn)品氮氣輸出。之后，吸附塔經(jīng)均壓、減壓至常壓等過程，脫除所吸附的雜質(zhì)組份，完成碳分子篩的再生。兩吸附塔循環(huán)交替操作，連續(xù)送入空氣，連續(xù)產(chǎn)出氮氣。 氮氣經(jīng)計量及氮氣分析儀分析純度達(dá)標(biāo)后進入氮氣輸送總管供使用。上述過程，由PLC控制系統(tǒng)自動控制。氮氣純度可高達(dá)99.99%，氮氣壓力基本設(shè)計在0.6MPa左右。
   在一些新興的材料行業(yè)、電子工業(yè)、集成電路、啤酒飲料等惰性氣體的應(yīng)用也在不斷地拓展新的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。
